| Help on Blind Bidding for Waivers |

I've decided to go with a blind bidding system for waivers this year on Yahoo but not really sure how I should set this up. I also wanted to implement a reward system where I pay out X amount of acquistion dollars to the team with the most points each week. What should the starting teams get for their acquisition budget? $100 seems kind of low and what ratio should X amount be for weekly highs?
Anyone else have any experience with this? Thanks!
